Frequently asked Questions 

Is there a Contract : Absolutely 'NOT'. We understand things change. But if you do decide to leave, please try & give plenty of notice to the Company to find Cleaner other work.

What payment methods do you accept & How they work : Payment can be paid by Card or Leave Cash out on Day of Clean, (Please note Cleaners are paid on day of Clean).

Can I change my Hours : Of course you can, Because there is no 'Contract' , you can Higher or Lower Hours as you please.

What if my Cleaner is sick : If your Cleaner is sick & you would like a clean still, Contact the office & we will do or best to get you a 'TEMP' cover, until your Cleaner feels better.

Does company supply Products & Materials : To keep costs down for Cleaners & for allergen reasons. We ask Clents have their own Equipment & Materials.

Do you Clean carpets : Unfortunately at this moment 'No' we do not clean Carpets. Carpet clean is not involved in Deep Clean. This is also for insurance reasons.

Do you Clean ovens & use Bleach : Due to toxins in oven cleaner we do not clean Ovens. Bleach is also banned by the Company as it is classed as a 'TOXIN' & Not safe to Use.

How are Cleaners checked : Cleaners are reference & I.D checked. (Cleaners are also interviewed for 45mins).

Are your Cleaners Insured : 'Yes', All or Cleaners are insured with Public Liability Insurance of  (£1million) & Have Employee Accident Insurance. Cleaners are ready to Start Safley.

Can I use Cleaners Out of Hours : We do not advise you use your Cleaner out of Company hours, as they will not be Inured.​​​

You  can discuss with Cleaner about giving them a 'KEY'. Cleaner should never ask for a key 1st. a key receipt contract will be in your 'Welcome Pack' .
